Fucktoys is a mesmerizing debut from Annapurna Sriram. Its DNA is comprised of John Waters, Greg Arraki, and a little helping of Kenneth Anger, yet told in a voice that is entirely hers.
Often sublime yet equally frustrating, Daredevil's second outing has moments of incredible poignancy and terror. It's just a shame it still relies on some clunky comic book tropes that bog an otherwise fantastic season down.
